30-Day Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items.
Eligible for Return
- Unopened products in original sealed packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Temperature-sensitive products that have been delivered (due to cold chain requirements)
- Products past expiration date
- Special order or custom items

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Receive RMA Number
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.

Ship Your Return
Pack items securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Important Note
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
